  • I lived at Bloom 24 from August 2015-2016 and I have to say that I enjoyed almost everything about the community. The grounds are well kept and have a beautiful resort feel to it. The pool and the cabanas pop out very beautifully in the center of the units. Although the blue and green colors of the complex are very vibrant, it still compliments the community rather than looking sore. I rented The Loft which was the two bedroom apartment with a roommate and we had no issues while residing at Bloom 24. If for any reason we did have any problems, Nicole and the staff were on it right away. Pros: -BEAUTIFUL units; from the tile, to the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the very spacious bedrooms with spacious closets! -Utilities are included with rent -All staff were great but I want to single out Nicole for being absolutely one of the best property managers I have ever encountered. Truly she is the best! I've been renting at complexes for the past 10 years and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to encounter a manager who truly cares. Cons: - Parking (the only reason I stated I enjoyed almost everything above) Parking is extremely horrible after 4pm. Each unit is allowed one covered parking which is slightly inconvenient for living in the two bedroom with a roommate and there is just not enough uncovered parking after 4pm in order to stay within the gates of the community. We were told that there was supposed to be additional parking, a community garden and dog park being built when we first signed our lease but there was no sign of construction happening the whole time we lived there, I haven't been back to the property since I moved out so I do not know if they have actually started anything since then. -Community laundry room- it would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit but it wasn't horrible having a community laundry room, only when there were no washers/dryers available. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend living at Bloom 24! If it wasn't for some life changing events that occurred I would have happily renewed my lease. If you're looking in the area, honestly look no further. You wont be disappointed!!
