  • Coit is the only cleaning company I use. Got to know Jim on their first visit to my new home. After many projects were completed Jim was on his 4th visit to clean various parts of the house from drapery to cornices to velvet chairs and more. He is a professional, always showing up on time and does magnificent work. A stain had developed on my $8000 silk cornice-----caused by the installation tech's handprint. It stood out so much ---it gave me a headache every time I walked in the room. Along came Jim with his magical touch and the stain disappeared----He just knows his job so well and is an expert on stain removal. I would recommend him to anyone. He will always be a phone call away for my needs. A+ referral--well done Jim.
