  • Swing and a miss. We wanted to buy appliances and there were so many missing floor models. It took a while to get help because someone was already being helped. It is hard to find anyone in this store. I felt uncomfortable and ultimately went online and did all my shopping there. I don't see the point of an actual store if it is bereft of staff to help you and many of the items aren't available in person and they have to look the items up online right in front of you.
