  • The customer service was good in that they were timely and nice. However, the pricing iwas very misleading and wrong. They charge you a flat rate fee but then say you have to buy something to save $50. Why say it's a flat rate when it's not really. So what was $79, became $89 because they said something else was wrong, Then I had to buy something so add another $20 and now I ended up paying $111 and change with tax.
