  • As I end work and I'm heading home this is the McDonald's that is on my way home. I decided to grab a bite to eat, as I got to the drive-thru the line was really long and it took forever for me to get my order to them. As I was ordering, I repeated myself four times for them to get the order right. Which is ridiculous. After I got to the window, I had a feeling she probably forgot something, so I made sure by asking her to repeat the order. And I knew she forgot to add a Junior Chicken to the order. So she added that and told me my total. I paid and proceeded to the next window. I probably waited there for 10 minutes and no one came to the window to pass me my drink or just to tell me that my food is coming. So I waited and waited and finally someone came and gave me my food. The interaction was so dry that she just handed me my food and drink and closed the window. On a side note, the fries I received were not fresh at all. They tasted like they were made since the morning. This also made me second guess the burger if that was even made now or was it from the morning. What happened to McDonalds for being fresh with there food. Very disappointed.
