  • Now, I don't consider myself to be a nail expert, but I am an expert when it comes to MY nails. I like them a certain way, nothing bulky or curved! I prefer long and feminine; which seems to be more difficult. I came across Luxy when the nail salon I normally visited was closed. Luxy was advertised online as a 24 hour nails salon - (though I'm not sure if someone is there 24/7 or if it's by appointment but, it was still enough to reel a night owl like me in.) I came in around 9PM & was paired with Tony. To this day I am still impressed with his work. He listened to exactly what I wanted and took my constructive criticism very well. I'm not sure how he is with short nails, but for the stiletto, coffin or almond shaped nails I always request - he's your guy yo! (He's also great with designs, he hooked my Halloween nails up!) So why not five stars? I'm only docking one for the price, they are on the higher end of the spectrum. But I suppose you get what you pay for *shrug* l'll be back next week.
