  • Several years ago on a visit to Montreal we stopped in for a drink before dinner elsewhere. Wow, were we missing out! We had dinner here this week, and here's a short list of what was perfect: - Cozy, romantic atmosphere, candles and beautiful stone walls, but laid back with appropriate 60s rock-n-roll and humorous plates on the wall - Service was extremely personable (both maitre d and our server), attentive, and helpful with recommendations - Food was amazing... short ribs, corniness hen, and squid on toast appetizer were incredible I couldn't possibly think of any suggestions for improvement.
