  • I have been living here for about 8 months now and I am very satisfied with the level of service they provide. Everyone living here seems to be respectful of one another and their time and space. There are no wild noisy parties or anything along those lines The location cannot be beat if you are working anyway in the central Phoenix area. Its right next to Lux and Pane Bianco which is awesome.Everything else downtown is a quick uber/lyft ride away. Also given its location all the suburbs - Scottsdale, Gilbert etc are all about 30 minutes or so away which is a good thing. There is a light rail stop literally in front of the apartment complex so should you choose to ride the light rail it is very convenient The gym is open 24 hours and while it isnt anywhere close to being big it is well stocked with weights and enough equipment to make it practical and useful. It is also kept very clean. Speaking of clean the entire community is well kept and the common areas are well maintained. The front office staff here, every single one of them is just phenomenally wonderful. They are friendly and polite and make you feel welcome unlike in other place where you are another annoying tenant with another annoying request. You also get electronic notification of packages that you have received which is very useful should you be expecting something. Should you ever have a maintenance issue they are pretty much fixed right away. The maintenance staff, esp Dave, is super swift and they get to problems as quickly as they can.
