  • If I could leave negative stars I would. MOST INCONSIDERATE, IRRESPONSIBLE company that I have ever dealt with and I'm a native Las Vegan. Over three months ago Rafael came to give me an estimate. He promised a quote within a "few" days. No calls, no emails. So I called him on his cell, no answer. Then I spoke with Linda in the office. She promised me a quote by the end of the day. No quote. It's now three months later, dozens of phone calls later and a few responses with the same "No follow through" attitude. Frankly I already had found a new sign company to do the job but I wanted to see exactly how far and how many broken promises Valley Signs would perpetuate. Simply put, IN MY OPINION, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be strung along, lied to and treated less than human. From the office staff to Rafael they are incapable of telling the truth.
