  • Purchased a livingsocial deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. We are moving out of our rental and had this company come and clean our carpets. I asked if they could also clean my stairway going upstairs for an additional charge? Gus says yes 2.00 a step. No biggie. So we go about continuing to clean while he does the carpets and stairs. In less then 45 mins he is done. And asked for a check for 39.00 for the stairs. (do the math in your head at 2.00 a stair, that is 19.5 stairs) I don't catch it at the time as I am sweating from cleaning the house out. He leaves and my boyfriend says to me, Really? He did all 3 rooms and stairs that quickly? I blow it off. Later on I go into the bedrooms to check them out and they certainly didn't smell clean nor look clean. Plus there is dog hair laying on top of the carpets. They are damn however. Im not even wasting my time calling them back. As I can see now by all the NEGATIVE reviews I'd be wasting my time. So on top of paying 39.00 for the deal I also paid 39.00 for way more stairs then I have in my home! Thankfully I have until the 15th of Sept to find a GOOD carpet cleaning place before I turn the keys back over to the old landlord.
