  • Negative 5 stars. Home Warranty vendor "couldn't find" our original order. HW sent again but can't go out for 4 more days? That's 10 days later for an A/C? Learn your NV law, return phone calls and get off the HW list of you can't provide decent customer service over the phone. Your advice "call the HW and get a different vendor" . Cute.
