  • Similar to many other reviews on here, this company has some sort of policy with their technicians to encourage them to sell sell sell. The plumbing side of their business did all sorts of things to try and solve my water pressure, none of them worked, yet at the end of it, he billed me $1200. I told him he didn't solve the problem by getting me more water pressure to my shower, but he said that he can't undue the time he was there. WHAT? On the air conditioning side, this was a few years back. The tech wanted to do $2000 repair, saying some technical stuff about my unit. I didn't understand, but I didn't trust it because my units been working fine. I decided not to go with the repair. And guess what? It's a few years later, and my unit has been working like a champ. Punch line. These guys are crooks.
