  • Terrible service and rude staff. This place is an absolute waste of time! If you think you are going there to have your luggage repaired in a professional way, especially if you want it done under warranty, you have another thing coming! They are slow, rude at every turn, and will deny almost every warranty request outright. Terrible representatives of the brands they sell. Seriously I recommend you find somewhere else and just pay for the repair rather than try to use this place for warranty service, because they won't cover it and they won't give any explanation other than to make you feel like the problem is your fault.
