  • I love love Cleveland it's a fabulous city with so much potential. The airport doesn't feel alive & present! I feel like I'm in a time warp when I walk through entrance and bagging area, lighting is dark, signs are boring etc. Behind security a few upgrades have been made let's keep the ball rolling through the entire airport. Praise God you finally have digital baggage claim screen! What about a nice digital welcome to Cleveland screen with weather and some fun historical facts! Help make it inviting for the passengers that chose to travel and visit Cleveland, glam it up!
