  • Love and Hate relationship. Love - Andrew is very knowledgeable and personal in person. Their prices keep you coming back. Hate - A lot of false promises are made and broken. This can be incredibly frustrating and disrespectful when I feel Mercedes owners expect a better experience. Not sure if we can continue our relationship. After years of putting up with off and on poor customer service the straw may have broke.
