  • Terrible, simply terrible. I am in the middle of an investigation after they attempted to falsify information and vitals after I was transported to their ER via ambulance and NEVER saw a single person from this facility. I was brought in and taken into the waiting room, NEVER saw a nurse, a tech or a Dr. The following day I wound up at a different hospital and was in serious condition. Spring Valley did nothing to even try to determine what might have been wrong with me and then had the nerve to tell me that I saw a Triage RN and refused service?? I am very afraid that they may be falsifying documents on other patients and taking advantage of fraudulent claims on people who may not know any better based on their weak conditions. I will not stop in my effort to get the word out on this hospital....BEYOND TERRIBLE!!
