  • Place needs to do more for its customers than just turn the lights on. As far as morning outlets downtown, they are one of maybe a dozen in the immediate area. The one thing they have going for them is a large seating area and it is good for a morning meeting. Tried to do that this morning with a couple of people who wanted a cup of hot tea. At 8am, they were out!!! REALLY!! Should have gone to Starbucks across the courtyard, they get what serving beverages is all about. Chloe's seems to be focused on prepping and serving a lunch crowd. Beyond that they are truly "out to lunch" - much better places to take your business.
