Bought and paid in full for a couch. I was told delivery would be Saturday, May 20th, between 6pm-10pm. Early Saturday morning I received the confirmation text message indicating the delivery would, in fact, be made during this time window. Happy to receive my furniture so fast. I gladly cancelled plans and rearranged my evening to be home for this delivery during the time that Not Furniture set. Well? 6pm through 10Pm has come and gone, and not 1 call, not 1 email or text message from The Delivery drivers or Mor furniture. . . They have completely wasted my time by grossly over promising and under delivering. I could not be more disappointed. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off spending more money elsewhere for a better customer experience and for someone to actually keep their commitments. . . Now I have to take even MORE of my time to go back to the store for a refund of my money for the furniture They could not be bothered to deliver as expected. I am beyond annoyed. And even more disappointed that MOR furniture does not value my business enough to deliver the product I've paid for.
It's 12:10AM. . . the delivery drivers. Just called and woke me up. . . granted they did apologize for calling so late, but said they could be here in about 30 minutes to deliver my order. . . . well, guess what? I cannot accept deliveries this late where I live per my HOA. And now I am awake. So you have wasted my time missing delivery window. And now interrupted my sleep. This is the worst experience I've ever had making a purchase. Ever. No courtesy or decency here. How hard would it have been to call or send a message before the delivery window expires to let me know. MOR Furniture does no appreciate their customers! I've never felt so devalued as a consumer than I do right now. Who calls after midnight to make a furniture delivery at a quarter to 1 in the morning. Insulting. I cannot get my money back fast enough. Absolutely despicable! I will NEVER buy from this company again!
Thank you. But an apology is not enough. . . they were willing to give me free $49 shipping.... And I would have to alter my Sunday evening to accommodate another tentative evening delivery. . . no thanks. Customer service was rude to me on the phone. When I asked them to make this right and dig a little deeper for my troubles. I was told they do not pay to keep customers. Well maybe they should keep their commitments to keep customers then. . . I took time to go to the store. To be fair, the store manager art attempted to do what he could. But At that point it was too late. . . now I have to wait 3 days to receive my refund. . . marvelous. This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever been through. Mor Furniture is the worst business, and worst customer service and deliver team I have ever seen. Before you consider doing any business with these people. . . please shop around a little bit. There are better options! Thank you mor furniture for wasting my time. I wish I could give you lower than 1 star. As far as the apology in the comments. . . at this point. No! Apology not accepted. Your lackluster service warrants more than an apology. Because clearly you are not apologetic.
