  • Their computer system was not allowing me to pay with my credit card. I was stressed out about erring my paperwork for a meeting in a timely manner. I wasn't entirely courteous throughout the exchange with the agent but she was flawless! She had me quickly email my papers to her account and had them printed in less than 5 minutes. I'm thrilled with the customer service of this location and would definitely use this store again. Because even in a time where equipment was faulty I still was treated kindly and received the service I needed.
