  • When I first read all the reviews I was suspicious---how can one company have such great reviews? Just in case you think they are all written by their relatives--trust me--they are not! I picked up my car a week ago Saturday and it was just perfect! Jeff and Joel are outstanding and really understand customer service. Not only that but my husband had to take me to pick it up and he asked if they could fix a scratch on his truck. Jeff told me to bring it back the following week in the afternoon and they could look at it. In a couple of minutes he was able to buff out about 80% of it and when I asked how much, he said---no charge! I can only contrast this customer service with what I received from Hendricks. My BMW service advisor told me to take my car to Hendricks to get an estimate. I called and left THREE messages over a 2 week period and NEVER got one call back!! When I finally reached someone the girl said they check the recorder and there weren't any messages or they would have called me back!!! Now I could believe that if it was ONE message but THREE messages? No way! Not only that but Hendricks quote was way more expensive and they would have needed the car for a lot longer. I have told all my friends about this place and the incredible service I received. Way to go Carsmetics---you have succeeded in making me a very satisfied customer!
