  • About a week ago I purchased a 1911 and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ( big bald guy) He saw me as a potential customer. And not like one of those salesman who thinks he's not gonna buy anything..just wasting my time type of person (not anyone in this store) however Iam very displeased on how the other employees treated this customer for having his firearm go off in the store. Loaded or not the gunsmith/employee should always safety check the firearm. I felt as if they bullied the customer by their own fault. Other than that love this place and can't wait for my next purchase.
