rev:text	I've been to Brio Several times now for a sit down dinner and many more times for togo orders. - I get the salmon Caesar salad - not on the menu but they always complie to my request on a Caesar salad with Salmon (they could add a lemon wedge to that salad without having to ask each time). Dressing on the salad isn't enough sometimes have to ask for extra , but delicious - only once was my salmon not cooked thoroughly (hey it happens, no biggie I'm not going to think that the restaurant is out to get me and did it purposely- and based off of that one incident give them a negative review as I see so often on yelp for many restaurants out there) but every other time which is more than 7 times now since I've had the salad has been consistent, not chewy has slight charred/grilled taste (love) and not over done either. - Kids always share a kids menu item Pizza -can feed both your kids, nice size to share with two small kiddos, kids enjoy the frozen lemonade and a smoothie. -hubby gets a few different dishes each time, mostly pasta with some form of chicken. He says he likes it, and its enough for leftovers as well. -The two times we've had desserts were great, nothing extraordinary. My kids love the ice cream lava cake?- I'm not a huge sweet tooth person so my dessert review maybe skewed.... maybe will need to try each dessert to get a better impression. - No experience with wine so can't comment there I've given 4 stars because I'm a fan of the food and the atmosphere and will continue to be a patron of Brio, Service has always been pleasant, but there has been a couple of times where the waiter forget to refill the water or only stopped by only once during our meals and that was to deliver the check, but still room for improvement and nothing negative to say. Beautiful décor and ambience, people complain about the price, but what do you expect? I'm sure food cost isn't cheap on salmon, chicken or other seafood, Gotta cover the overhead of the building, décor, tons of staff, pay the their bills somehow. Depending on the time, we've waited anywhere from 5 minutes - 30 minutes.
