  • I can't think of anyone who likes taking their car in to get serviced, but I appreciate that Camelback VW tries to make this process as painless as possible! Randy Ott is great, stays in close communication, gives good explanations as to what's needed to keep the car running, and always has a smile on his face... even bright and early in the morning! Also, a thumbs up to the shuttle service guys (especially Mario) who will get you where you need to go (and pick you up) if you have to leave your car for the day.
