  • There is a reason so many people rate this business so highly. I had another company out the day before to look at my old, old air conditioner. Of course they said that it's old , leaking air, needs Freon etc,etc. He was a very nice young man but I sorta expected this. The heat pump he suggested I install, wait for it, was $12,000. Legacy sends out a guy who was beyond competent. He said it's old, doesn't need Freon, isn't leaking and is working fine. He did several tests. Did NOT try and sell me a new unit and offered suggestions as to why it wasn't working as I expected. He was very through and KNEW HIS STUFF. This is my air conditioning company forever!
