  • I went in to ask a simple question . I was passed off to another person immediately who refused to answer any small question I had. His name is Mario and he's slovenly rude and his breath smelled of poop. Serious halitosis, I thought Apple hired quality people but Mario said he could probably answer my question only give me an appt in 2/12 hours. There was no one waiting behind me he could have answered my question but related that was not his job that day. So as I leave I see the girl whom immediate ly passed me off without hearing my question answering a question for another woman who just came in she talked with. Her for at least another 3 mins then tried to make me wait until she answered yet another person who just came in. That was it for me I have. Been to the apple stores and each time they were unable to help me. Once was retrieving pics of my dead sister off a stolen phone. That was a real disappointment the apple stores are poorly run and apple doesn't care because they are still making money on top of money.
