  • Brought the car in following an auto accident (that was not my fault). I explained the situation and both the owner and manager of the auto body "division" kept asking me "Where's your insurance check? How are you paying for this?". I explained that my insurance company was providing them with an estimate and I had received the check - which I would provide them ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE! Both manager and owner kept asking for payment UP FRONT or asked that all payments that I receive be sent to their office. I explained that was not going to be done, as I had to ensure that it was completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with the estimate. Both began to become EXTREMELY RUDE AND COMPLAIN that I was holding up my own repairs. After a week, the repairs were complete and when I returned for the vehicle...these clowns asked to do other repairs that were not on the estimate and became pushy when I told them "no". Seeing I was dissatisfied, they then offered a "free car wash" (gee thanks). I would never bring my car here again. I would rather leave it to a guy on the corner with a set of hand tools and a Lego Instruction Guide! Unbelievable....
