  • Having been to this restaurant several times in the past, I was disappointed to see a different approach to customer service. No one ever got our drink order. Just a man that came over to fill our coffees, which we never even ordered, and give us water. When we complained about my son's chocolate chip pancakes, which he ate only a few bites of, the plate was simply removed. No offer for other item, or anything. When the complaint was given to the cashier, her reply was,"Uh! That is the first time we have ever had a complaint about our pancakes!" . End of story. So sad what this place has become!! We will not be returning! They are rude!!
