  • WARNING!! Please know that if your dog plays in the lake, they could become very sick! We took our two boxers there last weekend for some playtime. They had a blast chasing balls in the lake. But for the last week (since our visit) both dogs have had diarrhea. Yesterday our older one was vomiting and very lethargic. Was able to get both dogs into the vet this morning. $300 later, they are both being treated with antibiotics for intestinal issues. My other complaint is lazy dog owners who don't pay attention to their dogs and therefore don't pick up after them. We saw quite a bit of this as well. The rest of the park is lovely and great for dogs, but never again will we go on the lake side!
