  • I have a culinary background and have eaten all around Lake Norman and Charlotte. We eat at home a lot but when my husband asks where I want to go out to dinner, it is always Choplin's. The chef is always adding to or seasonally changing the menu. Great service, knowledgeable wait staff. If you think your a foodie and don't love this place, you might need to rethink.
