  • I went to Regis because I wanted to make sure I got a really good haircut. Sadly I did not. I showed Katlyn a picture of a short haircut that I wanted. I told her please don't go this short as it won't look good on me. I am horrified that she went shorter than the picture. It looks horrible. I can't do anything with it and I'm in tears every time I look in the mirror. I knew immediately it was too short but at that point what can you do. I wasn't going to give her much of a tip, but when she stands right over you while you enter a tip it's a little intimidating. This is the second time I've been to Regis. First time haircut was the perfect length, but there was a weird chunk out of the right side. I will not be returning to this salon. Too bad the haircut wasn't good, but Katlyn was very nice.
