  • Definitely a shady operation. A bogus hidden charge when you cancel your NO CONTRACT membership, exactly the way you are told and not a single employee (spoke wuth 4) along the way mentions this extra charge. Ridiculously bad service. I gave 60 days notice of my cancellation because of the judgemental trainer I was forced to see. Not only are they charging me the two months but an additional 15.00 randomly. They already grabbed a FISTFULS of MY dough at signup. The facility smells like pee and the parking truly sucks. I will share my experience with everyone I can. I would highly recommend 24 hr fitness or LVAC they are nearby and pretty up front.
