I took my dog to Gateway because I heard its the most affordable animal clinic in Cleveland. It was pretty obvious that my dog had an eye infection, so I took her in to get antibiotics. The vet did one test for scratches, which I felt was kind of unnecessary since it was obviously an infection. We were with the vet for approximately 4 minutes total.
All in all the bill was $88 for antibiotics ($30), scratch test ($20) and a 4 minute visit ($38). This visit was almost as expensive as the time her ear was torn off and the vet (at another clinic) washed her ear, talked me down for about 20 minutes, and gave me antibiotics, cleaning solution and an e-collar.
A friend told me Gateway's prices were reasonable, but for the service we received this was a bit expensive.
