  • Our washing machine was making a horrific grinding sound, especially during the spin cycle. We called Sears repair to make an appointment. The technician was on time and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly (loose change found its way to the pump) and removed it. My only suggestion for a better experience would be to have the schedulers take it a bit easier on pushing service contracts when making appointments.
