  • Worse experience when renting a vehicle. Was told by Chris the car rental would be a certain amount and when I returned the vehicle was quoted a much higher amount due to additional coverages I did not elect to purchase. Bottom line, do not trust the employee, read the entire contract and ensure you do not initial and/or sign where they tell you to unless you read everything. When asking for the Manager, Kevin, he basically backed the sales representative, of course, and then after noting at the bottom of the contract the amount I was originally quoted was in writing. After arguing with me, he agreed to only charge the amount I was quoted as it was printed on the contract. Needless to say, I will never return to this Enterprise location, as I have never been treated so disrespectful before.
