  • If I was able to give 0' I definitely would! This Vegas franchise is a disgrace to the Molly Maids name. Have had an ongoing dispute for over 9 months now, and Kate is NO HELP AT ALL. No idea how she got her position as owner. Alma, one of her employees there is the rudest and most harassing person ever, and after sending the girls home early after 45min, had the nerve to send me to collections for a pmt for 2 hr service, and let's not forget the HARASSING AND INSULTING TEXT she sent me, and racist comments. I sent several letters to Kate to discuss and NEVER once did she call me to resolve, when I finally spoke with her she ACTED like she knew nothing!! Well know this KATE..... I'm not done. Learn some customer service skills and after that pass it on to your RUDE employees in your office.
