I enjoyed coming here for the experience, but I didn't particularily enjoy the food.
I had the Lomo Saltado, and it was just so salty! I do not like salty food because it always overpowers my palate (and it's indicative of food that can't carry itself on other spices and seasoning to me). The dish was savory, the beans were cooked well, and the beef was (slightly) overcooked and overdressed, but I just didn't enjoy the meal. Probably because this small dish cost more than I would pay for something I could only take three bites from.
The environment was classy and open, and the Peruvian beer was pretty delicious. I didn't really get a Peruvian vibe from the restaurant, so I'm hoping they kick that up a notch.
I'd probably take a friend here if they said they've never had Peruvian food, but the food put a bad taste in my mouth. A little too overpriced for a limited menu.
