  • Imagine yourself crossing off the last item on your to do list - take packages to UPS store! It's 4:30 pm, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Pleased that it's my last errand today. They closed early! The worker saw me at the door. I checked their window sign - Open til 5 PM. A customer who had just exited the store said they were closing early for the holiday. (Hey, Thanksgiving was 2 days ago!) NO notice that they'd be closing 30 minutes earlier today. What gives UPS? Packages back to the trunk, back to my house & I have to wait til Monday. Really, a shipping business needs to be RELIABLE with their hours - please! So much for finishing my to do list.
