I love smoothie bowls for a quick lunch alternative. I try to bring my lunch to work as much as possible, but we all have those weeks (months...) where we just can't quite get it together. I love that Jamba Juice posts the calories for their products. My favorite is the nutty strawberry bowl. Today I tried the Acai bliss bowl which was also good, but I'd still recommend the strawberry bowl for newbies. Topped with bananas, granola, coconut and honey - what's not to like?
