  • This place is awesome! My friends and I stopped in here while we were in Phoenix for the RPR exam. For some reason, my ink cartridge wasn't moving, so the ink wasn't coming out. They helped me clean my machine and got it working in no time. A few of my keypads were worn out and Jay even replaced the worn ones for me free of charge! You can tell Jay is genuinely a nice person and enjoys helping court reporters/students. Since I wanted to help support his business, I wanted to purchase extra ink and a cartridge for backup. Instead of trying to make the sale, he informed me that the ribbon I had was fine and that if I purchased it when I don't even need it yet, it will probably dry out since i live in vegas and it's hot there. He also advised me not to use that particular ink for my cartridge. Jay seems very honest. I will definitely be ordering future supplies and getting maintenance work on my machine here.
