We had appointments for my bridal party as well as my friend's bridal party to get bridesmaid dresses today and things definitely didn't go as planned. We went to the bridal expo a few weeks ago and made our appointments together since we have some of the same people in our parties. Turns out they didn't know what they were doing and scheduled us for a time when the store isn't even open. We made plans, drove across town, had things to do after so we were on a time constraint already and here we were showing up at our appointment time only to be told we had to wait an hour. The manager who was there could've done something for us to fix this, but she didn't really seem to care. I hate shopping at David's Bridal to begin with because all my experiences with them, have not been very good. When companies get too big, they stop caring about their customers and don't care if they make things right when something goes wrong and it's no different for them. We were so pissed to the point that we didn't even want to get dresses from here anymore. I didn't even bother with my party and told them that we will go somewhere else for dresses for my wedding since we have some time to find other stores. I'm so glad that I was able to find an amazing deal on my wedding dress elsewhere and didn't have to deal with them for my dress.
My friend decided to stay and see if we were going to get any better service for her party. If it wasn't for 2 of hers living in other cities with a David's bridal so they could get matching dresses, we would've went to some other store to buy dresses. The sales associate that we had, was nice, but that's about all the positive I can say about this place.
