  • [Where's the negative star rating?] Let me first say that I've never had a full service car wash before, and I wished my first wash was not at this place (I did it just to see what it's like). I should have read the reviews before I committed myself to paying for the Elite wash package. DON'T DO IT!! Myself and others are saving you money! I thought paying for the Elite package would entail the employees taking extra time and care of cleaning my car. WRONG! It's pretty much a quick wipe here and there. Blow off the extra water and to add on your wax, again, it's just a swipe here and there. My taillights and headlights were covered in wax, and they didn't clean my headlights and taillights well! There were water marks all over! I had to clean it myself, as I didn't want to wait. The interior, OMG! (Yes, I'm going there). They didn't clean the interior well too! Again, quick wipes/swipes here and there and they're done. I could see where they didn't clean! Now mind you, my interior was not dirty to begin with. I could go on but if you're reading this you probably have a good idea where I'm going. I hate to complain or bash a business, but when I'm paying a lot for a service I'd expect GOOD service! I don't expect the employees to be experts in detailing, but come on! I should've washed the car myself, as I do with my other cars. It was just a treat for my girlfriend's new car. My recommendation, go there and pay for the minimum service and clean yourself, or go when it's dead, as in the employees are dying to do something. When I went it wasn't busy, just steady. I'm not going back. Oh well, it is what it is.
