Terrible doesn't describe these clowns. Wait in line for over an hour to find out that their shampoo machine isn't working and they can't clean carpets. The big sign out front is advertising a special on cleaning carpet. But they couldn't be bothered to share that while people were waiting line? Or to put up a note? Or remove the portable sign advertising the special?
The manager says "my guys barely read English, how they gonna know to take down the sign? The shampoo machine is broken. Not my fault."
Owner comes out and say he is sorry for the one hour wait and that he didn't realize the shampoo special was still displayed.
No offer of solution. No offer of resolution. Just. ... "sorry we wasted an hour of your day. Come see us another time."
Not likely. Not ever.
