  • ive come here twice before & have been happy with the outcome of my nails. Today i went in & i believe the woman was new, she was older, short hair with bangs & glasses. I asked her 3 times to make my nails thinner as i noticed they were bulky, she would say ok & proceed to ignore my request. when it was time to wash my hands i asked if she was gonna make them thinner after she said i asked for squared nails... which i did but she clearly didn't understand. she proceeded to add polish & left it very sloppy i mentioned this & she said it looked like that cause of the color, which makes no sense. when i insisted to have my nails redone she got real hissy. Bad service, if you come here make sure you go with someone who knows what they're doing
