  • I contacted Elite Pool Management through their website and had an email response within 15 minutes. Based on this and the other reviews I saw on Yelp I was hopeful. I responded around 7pm to the email asking about the costs for adding a heater to my pool. I received a response to this email before 10pm with a pretty wide range for the costs, but what seemed to be a reasonable amount. The next night I responded to this email to see about when he might be able to stop by to get a firmer quote and I haven't heard from him since. I guess he is too busy with his existing clients, which he seems to treat very well, to care about new clients.
