  • Very disrespectful "dealership". We had an issue where water was sprayed into our vehicle potentially damaging my vehicles' electronics and ruining my wife's hair. We asked to speak to a manager, Scott Trombley came out of a meeting clearly irritated, and with a smart mouth offered no resolution but to take our issue up with the contracted car wash company. I will never spend my hard earned money at a dealer that does not take responsibility of issues that take place on their property. Findlay Cadillac you run your lot like a low budget mom and pop car lot. Your parking lot situation is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
