  • This review is not for this location but for cox as a whole. Thanks for bumping my internet bill by 40% to $66 and telling me I am lucky to have had my rate for the time I had it. So basically I was lucky to have you as my company. I was also told if they offered others the $47 rate that I had for just normal speed internet they would go out of business. Is it me or is everything I read about cox from bad tech to being billed after u have discontinued service is not positive. Other than their internet speeds I really don't have much good to say about them. Between that and the attitude I got in their retention department, they made it clear that I wasn't giving them enough of my money and they would rather have none of it. So I obliged. If u ask me, that's how u go out of business. Can't wait for century link or some other company to compete with their speeds and put them completely out of business.
