I ventured into Fraiche a few afternoon's ago and was none-too pleased with the service.
When I entered I thought I would like it because a lot of their lines are made in Canada and USA, however, when I asked for assistance the guy at the computer (possible the owner?) made me feel like a complete nuisance and didn't even get off of his stool to help me.
Maybe he was having a bad day, but I don't care what year this is, personal connection and excellent customer service still means something to some people!
