This locations staff was really friendly, thus this review is about the service.
The service and customer support on the phone is god awful.
I jumped ship to Direct tv and got twice the channels two HD/DVR's plus in home sharing for recorded shows on multiple televisions and am still saving money.
Unfortunately I did not want the hassle of changing emails so i went ahead and kept that service, but with the new increase I am probably out.
They treat customers like dirt, but what do you expect form a company with little to no competition.
Also, The tech they sent out to install the new cable line for internet in my new home spent 30 minutes bashing my choice of direct TV and informing me how much better cox was. my fiance and I were blown away by how brazen the tech went about doing this, given the Direct TV techs had just left and did not say one bad word about cox of inquiring why we had switched.
