| - DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GROOMING SERVICE!!!! I called Multiple times to make an appointment for my baby toy poodle, Duchess. I was met with RUDENESS and was continually told sorry no appointments available for maybe a week; never of course saying when those appointments were. I demanded my money back for the gift card my boyfriend, a Dr nearby, bought, without saying my boyfriend's name. Absolutely not they said. So not but a minute later, my boyfriend went in and suddenly his money was refunded. I said do Not Ever bring my dog to
This garbage trailer trash establishment!! But when I was in the hospital, he brought her anyway. Now the girls (not ladies as they haven't earned that title), happen to have a Major crush on my boyfriend, so as soon as he walked in to request an appointment the following day at his lunch hour, he was Instantly for in. Now had I said I was his girlfriend, I am certain I would have been given better service. They then take my man as a sucker and charge full price (not puppy price like most decent places do) and did Nothing I had asked. My baby got a nail trim and the hair around just her eyes trimmed for full price!!!! I'm sorry but puppies much younger than mine get the full face trim (like I asked) and their paws trimmed in accordance to one of the standard/traditional poodle cuts. She was too nervous was their excuse. Well maybe she just didn't like you guys and could tell what wretched people you are, because my dog is a little lover who adores everyone. Like they say, of my dog doesn't like you, I am assured you are a rotten person. Like children, dogs just know when people are bad. I told them that they just screwed themselves out of a once every 3-4 week grooming, plus supplies and most importantly, they screwed themselves out of seeing my muscular and hunk of a man. He's a former Mr Colorado, so it's not just my opinion that he's muscular and a hunk. He's the apple of my eye. Those girls royally ticked me off and he doesn't like people who mistreat his lady. I left a scathing voicemail and they best be glad I didn't go in in person and go East Coast/New York on them. I may have lived here for 8 years, but I don't forget where I'm from. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS TRAILER TRASH ESTABLISHMENT!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, HORRID TREATMENT AND SHITTY GROOMING JOB!!
