  • This is perhaps the most dishonest deceptive car dealership I have ever been too! I've read all of the reviews and I'm not surprised by any of them! I will never step back into this dealership ever again! Perhaps if your reading these reviews, including mine, neither will you! I will never even look at an Acura product as a result of the way I was treated by this dealership! I'll stick with Infiniti, where they treat their customers with respect! I was so infuriated by my experience that I went to Coulter Infiniti and purchased a new Infiniti M-37 Sport Sedan. Every Sales Manager at this Acura dealership needs to be fired for the way they train their people. The Yelp reviews say it all. I am quite sure the executives at Acura corporate would be absolutely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this Acura dealership. They also need to hire Sales Associates that are more physically, appropriately and professional in appearance. This is directed to the sales person that helped me named Ed. The sales person that helped me on the phone named Jessica has a problem with the truth! She told me the cars I drove 45 miles to see were there and they were not. Bate and Switch. They were willing to say anything to get a body into the dealership. Including Lie. Caleb the Sales Manager laughed at me when I explained my concerns and expressed my disappointment of how I was treated. Caleb did ask what he could do to make me happy and I told him to quit after he fired Ed and Jessica I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership and he laughed at me and told me he doesn't talk to customers! That makes perfect sense! That's why they rate TWO STARS on Yelp because good management and ownership comes from the top and it trickles down to the bottom! The owner of this dealership obviously spends less time on the golf course and more time managing his people! I hope those of you that are considering doing business with this dealership take what I'm telling you and all others on this website to be true and factual. Dodge a bullet and find another Acura dealership to do business with. Or better yet, do business with Infiniti!
